Every competitor inside your trade area, pulled from their own websites and listings: street rates and web rates by unit size, current promotions, review score and count, and distance from your gate. Your facility sits in the same table, so the gap is obvious at a glance.
Search volume for storage terms in your zip and the zips around it, month by month, so you know when demand rises and when to spend. Census data for the households within driving distance: how many there are, how they're housed, and how many rent.
